When we awaken to embody our true power — especially as teachers, healers, and guides — we often find that the greatest obstacle is not the outside world.
It is the internalized story.
The story the world has seeded within us:
That we are too much.
Too emotional.
Too wild.
Not enough.
The shame for our primal fire runs deep.

This is brave work.
It is complex.
It is mysterious.
It is to be revered.
These stories run deep within us —
but it is up to us to transmute them.
To break the chain.
To create a new world.
It’s time.
The Wise Woman will heal the world.

Burning Women who have stepped out of silence and into the fullness of their power."

——
The witch wound is real.
I created this meditation because I saw it living in the hearts of so many of my clients — this deep, ancient fear of persecution for speaking truth into the world.
It has been a part of my own journey too.
A core part of my path through Vocal Empowerment.
And it continues.
There are layers to healing the wounds of persecution...
and layers to restoring balance between the masculine and feminine within ourselves — and within our culture.
This is personal.
But working with others deepened it for me, made it real, made it urgent.
It is important that we reclaim the word "Witch" —
that we remember it means Wise Woman, Teacher, Healer.
One who is in right relationship with all things.
One who reveres life itself.
One who holds power not to dominate, but to serve.
But power — true, subtle power — has always been dangerous to false systems and made-up collective hierarchies.
But we remember it in our blood.
In our ancestral DNA.
When speaking truth to power meant being burned or drowned.
When standing for ritual, dance, chanting, midwifery — would cast you out.
We remember.
And so, we really can’t share our voices enough.
We are repairing thousands of years of harm.
Raw, unbridled women can be triggering to those who fear the wild.
The wildness that lives in the dark, emotional nature of the feminine.
We live in a culture that has severed itself from the rhythms of Spirit and Earth — a culture that worships intellect and logic while scorning intuition and feeling.
We are laughed at.
We are ostracized for our sensitivity.
For our emotional intelligence.
For our depth.
But I am not here to uphold that.
And neither are you.
We need each other.
To remember.
To reclaim.
To restore our voices and our power.
